‘excerpts from phones’ is a digital series aimed to encapsulate the personality of humans through their phones. as a society we are addicted to these devices and we spend so much time giving it our own touch of personality. these composites consist of the front and back of twelve peoples’ phones, as well as an out of context text message that they had received or sent to try and achieve this goal of a self-portrait of a human without them being photographed.
